When i click the App Store link, the app store says its not available in my country (USA). Where can I get the app? im not even able to perform the first time setup!

iOS compatibility is not yet functional at this time. It will be available as we get closer to test net. You can complete the set up via an Android device at this time, but not via Apple products.
